Mel Fraser

Mel’s design principles are influenced by the Swedish design community’s belief that well designed objects can enhance the quality of life through their practical beauty. Much of her work aims to provide an emotional comfort using form, language and colour.

​The sculptural work explores mass, form, language and arrangement of negative space, with much of her work focusing on colour and form, with murrini- geometric glass tiles used frequently as a decorative feature.
